Looking for a fun, creative way to train your dog while building confidence and communication? Our Shaping, Tricks & Games class is all about teaching dogs how to think, problem-solve, and offer behaviors using positive reinforcement and shaping techniques.
In this class, dogs learn through games rather than repetition. We’ll use shaping, targeting, and choice-based training to teach a variety of tricks and interactive behaviors - from spins, bows, and paw targets to puzzle-style games and creative challenges. Each week introduces new games that keep training fresh, engaging, and mentally enriching for both dogs and handlers.
This class is perfect for dogs who already know some basics and are ready to try something new, as well as dogs who may need confidence-building or a low-pressure way to enjoy training again. Shaping encourages dogs to experiment, think independently, and have fun, making it a great option for sensitive dogs, busy brains, and handlers who love creative training.
The 4-week series is $120. Classes meet once a week for 45 minutes, with up to two people attending per dog. Ideal for teams who want to strengthen their bond, boost confidence, and discover just how much fun training can be - all while learning impressive (and entertaining) new skills.
